Study Question: Teprotumumab q3w VS placebo for active thyroid eye disease
Study results: Regression to Clinical Activity Score of 0 or 1 was seen in 59%  in the tx group vs. 21% . Mean change in proptosis was −2.82 mm vs. −0.54 mm in the placebo group. Diplopia response was 68%  vs. 29% and the mean change in GO-QOL overall score was 13.79 points in the treatment group vs. 4.43 points in the placebo group. $ Horizon Therapeutics
