What can you find on Clinicaltrials.gov?

Clinical Trials dot gov sounds like the place to visit if you want to get down to the nuts and screws of the major most important clinical trials in any field. A quick search of the most important trials in ophthalmology (CATT for example) did yield their listing with some detailed information about the study structure. As for the results tab - well here we found a wide range of results. Most large studies did not post any results at all, the rest will give you a chance to see some raw data and tables without any explanatory text. This might actually be good for a chance to look into the numbers with a fresh unbiased and critical mental attitude. Hidden treasures? What do you think?
